The Gordon Jackson Foundation, PPCF’s newest project, will promote
innovative education at our new location, Aspen Valley Ranch in
Woodland Park, Colorado.
Stay tuned for announcements about programs and workshops starting
later in 2009, once our planning process with Teller County and the
City of Woodland Park is complete.
Our goal is to create a center that provides high-quality educational experiences to citizens from around our region and to people who visit our community. Working primarily with stone, metal, wood, and soil, we will strive to design innovative workshops and beautiful products that improve the quality of life in our community. Sustained by local energy, people, and resources, GJF will focus on bringing a sense of creativity and an emphasis on human ingenuity to challenges and opportunities in our area. Over time, programs may include music, the arts, sustainable living skills, forest management, and high-altitude gardening. |
