Farm Employment

Venetucci Farm is currently hiring for a Farm Hand postion.  Venetucci Farm is in need of an energetic, enthusiastic, and hard-working individual to work as a farm hand, assisting the Farm Manager with all farm operations. The position is year-round, part time (approximately 40-50 hours/week during busy farming months of March through October, fewer hours during November through February). Farming Internships

Positions at Venetucci Farm provide the opportunity to actively participate in all the phases of vegetable production from seed to market. It is rigorous but rewarding work that requires the ability to work long hours in the field under some intense weather conditions (temps often between 90 and 100). It helps to have a passion for and curiosity about the land and a desire to develop a relationship with it and the food it produces. If you love hard work this is an experience that will allow you to determine if farming is in your future.

Venetucci Farm hires full and part-time seasonal interns.  The positions run from April through October, although some positions are flexible to accommodate school schedules.
