Pumpkins for Kids
Continuing a Tradition
Nick Venetucci started the tradition 65 years ago: He was driving a truckload of pumpkins to town, but gave them away to children before he took them to market.
Venetucci Farm honors Nick and Bambi each year by continuing their legacy of generosity with an annual pumpkin giveaway in October.
We Are Growing Pumpkins in 2017
Scheduled school groups can come in October for kids to select a pumpkin. The farm will host education stations so students can learn about the wonders of farm life, from the microbes under their feet to the gentle giants in the barn.
