Booking Your Spot

The Philanthropy Collective welcomes philanthropic organizations to utilize space in our building. Host board meetings, community convenings, or catch up with colleagues in this unique space in the heart of Downtown Colorado Springs.

Co-working and meeting spaces are available to:

  • Exempt entities with a grantmaking focus, collective funding emphasis, and/or a focus on public/private partnerships
  • Entities with a primary focus on creating a social return and/or investing capital in underserved communities.

Hours of operation:

  • Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Friday: 9 a.m.-3 p.m.

Daily rentals are for those who want to use the space infrequently.

Regular hot desk users, more than 6 times per year, will be asked to purchase a subscription. Interested in a full-time lease? Contact Sharon Regier.

All guests are subject to approval and agree to the Venue Terms.

Booking our conference rooms gives you exclusive access to the space as well as the technology you need to host hybrid meetings.

Our corner conference room, Tava can accommodate 8 to 10 people and is perfect for small board or committee meetings, or community convenings.

This is our largest conference room with space for 8 to 14 people.

Our coworking spaces are a no-hassle way of utilizing the services of a professional office without any long term commitments.

Hot Desks

Come in, sit down, plug-in and get work done. Using a hot desk is a great way to catch up on emails and other tasks.

  • Rental cost:
    • First six visits per year: Free
    • Ten Pack Use: $150
    • Twenty Pack Use: $275
