For Donors

Nondisclosure of confidential information:

Through the normal course of its work, the Pikes Peak Community Foundation’s (PPCF) Board of Trustees and staff may be exposed to confidential information about donors. PPCF’s Trustees and staff pledge to keep completely confidential all non-public information of a sensitive nature pertaining to donors. Specifically:

PPCF does not provide or sell donor contact information to any outside source;

PPCF does not send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations;

PPCF protects donors’ rights to privacy and anonymity. Those wishing anonymity need only communicate this request to any PPCF staff member;

PPCF takes every reasonable step and precaution to ensure that information technology systems cannot be accessed by unauthorized users;

Regarding electronic communication: Those included on email distribution lists may opt-out at any time by either through the “unsubscribe” link in each email, or by notifying the Community Foundation.

Pikes Peak Community Foundation utilizes Authorize.Net to securely process online credit card payments. For information regarding Authorize.Net’s Privacy Policy, visit their page here.

 

Other Constituents

Through the normal course of its work, the Pikes Peak Community Foundation’s (PPCF) Board of Trustees and staff may also be exposed to confidential information about other categories of constituents, including grantseekers, grantees, and other individuals or organizations. PPCF’s Trustees and staff also pledge to keep completely confidential all non-public information of a sensitive nature for these constituents. The same criteria and level of privacy listed above for donors applies to these groups as well.
